# Faven Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains how Faven handles information when you use faven.markets, the Faven application, and docs.faven.markets. Faven is operated by Dmitry Shvetsov as an individual. For privacy questions and requests, contact [legal@faven.markets](mailto:legal@faven.markets).

## Information we handle

* Wallet and trade information: your public Solana wallet address, actions you take in Faven, trade terms and outcomes, and transaction identifiers. Some information comes from your interactions with Faven and some from the public Solana blockchain.
* Requests for quotes (RFQs): your wallet address and the asset, quantity, price, expiry, and other terms you submit, along with quotes from market makers. We broadcast your wallet address and RFQ terms to any market maker connected to the relevant market so they can respond.
* Waitlist information: the email address, name you choose to provide, and wallet address you submit. The name does not need to be your legal name. We also maintain your marketing subscription status.
* Marketing email activity: Loops handles email delivery, bounces, complaints, subscriptions, and unsubscribes. Its marketing email service may also record opens and link clicks associated with a contact. Open and click measurements can be affected by email clients and automated scanners.
* Technical information: Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and application and handles operational logs. These logs may include IP addresses, browser or device information, request details, and timestamps. Faven does not add IP addresses to its application database. Cloudflare Web Analytics / Real User Monitoring measures website usage and performance without tracking individual visitors for analytics.

Faven does not ask for identity documents or collect information from public Telegram chats into its application database. Wallet providers and Telegram handle information under their own policies.

## Why we use information

We use wallet, RFQ, and trade information to operate Faven, send RFQs to market makers, display trading history, and address operational and security issues. We use waitlist information to manage signups and send Faven marketing emails to people who opt in. We use technical information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the service.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service or taking steps you request for RFQs and trades; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Faven and maintaining accurate trade history; and your consent for optional marketing emails. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

## Who receives information

Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery, operational logs, and Web Analytics / Real User Monitoring. Loops manages waitlist contacts and marketing emails. Market makers connected to an asset's RFQ stream receive the wallet address and RFQ terms for that asset; they do not receive your waitlist name or email address as part of an RFQ.

Solana transactions, including public wallet addresses and on-chain trade details, can be viewed by anyone. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect the service or others' rights. We do not sell waitlist information.

## How long we keep information

* RFQs and quotes: two weeks in Faven's systems.
* Faven's off-chain copy of trade history: retained indefinitely under our current practice. This is separate from the public blockchain record.
* Waitlist information: until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for the waitlist and related communications. We may keep a minimal record of an unsubscribe request to prevent further marketing emails.
* Cloudflare operational logs: two weeks. Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps unsampled beacon data for seven days, then aggregates older data; its dashboard provides access to approximately six months of history.
* Public Solana records: retained by the blockchain independently of Faven. We cannot edit or delete those records.

## Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email. To delete your waitlist information, write to [hey@faven.markets](mailto:hey@faven.markets) from the email address you want removed. We handle these requests manually.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information Faven controls, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact [legal@faven.markets](mailto:legal@faven.markets) to make a privacy request. We will assess it under applicable law. A trade's appearance on a public blockchain does not automatically determine what can be done with Faven's separate off-chain copy, but we cannot change or erase public Solana transactions. Where applicable, you may complain to a data protection authority.

Connecting a wallet and providing RFQ terms are necessary to use the relevant trading features. Joining the waitlist and receiving marketing emails are optional.

## Changes

We may update this policy as Faven changes. The current version will appear here with its last updated date, and we will give additional notice when required by law.
